'The Sweetest Taboo' presents 5 series of personal work, showing the images in full and zooming in on specific details, as they are an essential feature of my work and photographic style.

THE TABOO IN ALL IT FORMS

The book’s title refers to the common theme running through my work and to the contrast between the high-end aesthetics and the subject matter at hand.
Additionally, the publication contains a case study giving an insight into the methodology and meticulous research.

The images are combined with written contributions by Alison Nordstörm, Patrick Baert, Sofie Crabbé, Jan Van Woensel and Kung-Gene Chu.
